You do not see emails from our automated response system

Solution

ALL VALID SERVICE REQUESTS WILL GENERATE AN AUTOMATED RECEIPT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU STATE IN YOUR REQUEST

 

This support system will ALWAYS send an automatic receipt to the email address you put in the request to acknowledge that we have received your support request. This may take a few minutes to reach you.

 

We have had some clients complain of no replies from us. This is caused by the client, or their service provider, blocking emails from our help system as 'spam'. MSN, BING and AOL are especially sensitive to false detection of 'spam'.

 

If you DO NOT receive a receipt email then check your 'spam bin' and ensure that emails from soundpunishment.com can be received. This is called 'whitelisting' our email addresses.

 

If you cannot check your 'spam-bin', or whitelist soundpunishment.com then please use a gmail email address to contact us via this system because we know that this system works.
